NC100BW-PA Sickle Cell Awareness Blood Drive @ Dare To Imagine Church
Sep 29 @ 10:00 am – 3:00 pm

Did you know that African-Americans with sickle cell often face significant health disparities in clinical care? Also, the life expectancy for people with sickle cell disease is only to mid-to late 40s. Blood transfusions reduce the risk of some complications of sickle cell disease. Studies have shown the best blood match for patients often comes from donors of similar race or ethnicity.

Join the NC100BW-PA as we join efforts with the American Red Cross and Dare To Imagine Church to raise awareness of Sickle Cell Disease with a BLOOD Drive!
